By booking a session, purchasing a product, accessing a gallery, or using the BradenBondPhotography website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

BradenBondPhotography provides photography, videography, editing, digital galleries, and related creative services. The specific details of each service—including date, location, duration, deliverables, pricing, and turnaround time—will be confirmed during booking or in writing.

2. Booking and Payment

A session is not officially reserved until the required payment or retainer has been received. Any remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon due date.

Payments made to reserve a date compensate BradenBondPhotography for holding that time and may be non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

If weather, illness, unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, or other circumstances outside of BradenBondPhotography’s control affect a session, both parties will make a reasonable effort to reschedule. BradenBondPhotography reserves the right to reschedule or end a session if conditions are unsafe or prevent quality work from being completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time, providing accurate contact information, securing any necessary permissions for locations, and communicating important details before the session.

BradenBondPhotography is not responsible for missed photos, reduced coverage, or delays caused by late arrival, restricted access, uncooperative participants, poor weather, venue rules, or circumstances outside of the photographer’s control.

5. Creative Style and Editing

By booking, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed BradenBondPhotography’s work and understand the general editing style. Final image selection, editing, cropping, and creative decisions are made by BradenBondPhotography.

Unedited or RAW files are not provided unless specifically agreed to in writing.

6. Delivery and Galleries

Final images will be delivered through an online gallery or another agreed-upon method. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of session, workload, and project requirements.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images before the gallery expiration date. After a gallery expires, BradenBondPhotography is not required to restore, store, or re-upload images, though restoration may be available at the photographer’s discretion and may include an additional fee.

7. Copyright and Personal Use

All photographs, videos, edits, and other creative work created by BradenBondPhotography remain the copyrighted property of BradenBondPhotography.

Clients receive a personal-use license for the final delivered images. This allows clients to download, print, share, and post their images on personal social-media accounts.

Clients may not sell, submit, license, use for business advertising, provide to third parties, enter into contests, heavily alter, remove watermarks from, or claim ownership of the images without written permission from BradenBondPhotography.

8. Social Media Credit

When sharing images online, clients are encouraged to tag or credit @BradenBondPhotography when possible. This is appreciated but not required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session, BradenBondPhotography may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, promotional, educational, and business purposes.

For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide permission before identifiable images are used for promotional purposes.

10. Sports and Event Photography

For sports games, events, and group sessions, BradenBondPhotography cannot guarantee photographs of every participant, play, guest, or moment. Coverage depends on timing, access, lighting, game flow, and other conditions.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any required team, school, venue, or event permissions have been obtained when necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

BradenBondPhotography will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality services and deliver agreed-upon work. However, BradenBondPhotography is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including equipment failure, weather, illness, venue restrictions, accidents, lost access, or actions of third parties.

If BradenBondPhotography is unable to provide services due to circumstances within its control, the client’s remedy will be limited to a rescheduled session or a refund of payments received for services not provided.

12. Respectful Conduct and Safety

BradenBondPhotography reserves the right to end a session or leave an event if conditions become unsafe, threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful. In this situation, payments already made may not be refunded.

13. Changes to These Terms

BradenBondPhotography may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be posted on the website. Continued use of the website, galleries, or services after changes are posted means the client accepts the updated terms.
